Concrete in.

Tracked jaw crushers for concrete & demolition recycling
Stop paying to tip it.
Crush it and sell it.
Crush concrete, brick and rubble on site with a JTEC tracked jaw crusher – and turn a waste bill into a product.
Concrete crushing that pays its way.
Concrete and demolition arisings are only waste if they leave site. Crushed on the spot, they become 6F2, capping and hardcore you’d otherwise be buying in – with no tipping fees and far fewer lorry movements.
The JTEC 963+ and 1063 are tracked jaw crushers built for that work: compact for tight demolition sites, quick to set up, and fitted with an overband magnet and reverse crush as standard. They run on 8–10 litres of diesel an hour – around half what most crushers in their class burn – or on mains power with no diesel at all.

Less waste. Fewer lorries.
More money in the job.
- Less landfill tax & tipping feesCrushed concrete stays on site instead of going to landfill.

From one crusher
to a fleet.
GLC Plant Hire bought its first JTEC crusher in 2020. It still works every day – so GLC bought a second, and we’re now building it a JTEC 412 screen to its own spec.
“We are extremely pleased with the production, performance and build quality of the JTEC crushers, along with the significant fuel savings – using less than 50% of the fuel compared to our previous crushers.”
